My journey into fitness didn't begin in a gym. It began through years of dedication to competitive rowing, where I had the privilege of representing Great Britain on the international stage. Competing at an elite level taught me lessons that continue to shape my coaching philosophy today. I learned that success isn't built through motivation alone. It's built through consistency. Through resilience. Through showing up day after day, even when progress feels slow. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve meaningful results, and they continue to influence how I help my clients today.
