Meet Your Coach
I’m Tim, a strength coach based in Marlow with a background in high-performance rowing, including representing Great Britain at junior level.
I now help busy professionals build strength, improve confidence in the gym and stay consistent with training through structured coaching and ongoing support.
All in-person sessions take place at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

You follow a fully structured programme delivered via app, built specifically around your experience, goals and schedule.
