Tim is a really great personal trainer who is very knowledgeable, friendly and super motivating.
He's adapted training regimes to fit my various injuries and still keeps the sessions fresh and interesting. He chooses exercises that he knows I would (mostly) be happy to do and will push me much further than I would push myself. I've had great results in my strength and fitness. I can't recommend Tim highly enough.
I have trained with various personal trainers over the years and Tim is the only one to understand what I needed for my ski season and got me ski ready despite injuries through the year. Tim is knowledgeable, up to date and has very detailed knowledge of the physiology of the body. He also worked superbly with my physio to help rehab me. Highly recommend.
Tim has been my PT for several years and also I attend several of his classes (Core, Kettlebells, HiiT, Pump etc.). He focuses on technique as a key element of his sessions. Tim is an outstanding PT. Having comeback from a total knee replacement & having osteoarthritis in other joints, he has ensured that training regimes push enough to create improvement but do not cause damage. He’s always looking for new training foci & methods to keep it varied.
