Refund Policy

1. Services Provided

Trainer agrees to provide personal training services to Client as outlined in the agreed schedule, including personalised fitness plans and one-on-one sessions.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in the session being charged in full.

Session Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at Trainer’s discretion if it is convenient for the Trainer and done with over 24 hours of notice.

3. Payment

• Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking, or as agreed upon in a separate payment arrangement.

• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

4. Liability Waiver

Client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with physical exercise and agrees to release Trainer from any liability related to injuries or damages incurred during sessions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to termination will be due immediately.

7. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Trainer and Client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

• Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Agreement

In purchasing the PT sessions the client is agreeing to the terms of the contract above. Should you not agree with any of the above, the sessions should not be purchased.
