💬 My Personal Training Philosophy – Results-Driven Coaching in Marlow

As a personal trainer in Marlow, my philosophy is simple: help people build strength, lose weight, and feel confident in their bodies through focused, intelligent training—no gimmicks, no quick fixes.

Drawing on my background as a former GB rower and high-performance coach, I believe everyone deserves access to the same standard of coaching used by elite athletes—but tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and starting point.

🌍 Where I Train

All in-person personal training is based at Bisham Abbey Sports Centre, just outside Marlow—a leading facility with everything you need to train with purpose. I also offer online coaching for clients further afield.
